Fortunately for myself and the Nore Valley Aikido Club, our technical director has moved over to Ireland for a few months. During this class Simone emphasized the importance of entering off the line and following through with smooth and continuous movements. His classes tend to focus on a particular aspect of training while retaining the depth of Aikido and the ways of training the body and mind.
